Garlic Chicken Pizza

1 14 to 16-inch pizza crust
1 cup regular or garlic alfredo sauce
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
8 oz. mozzarella or Monterey jack cheese, shredded
¼ cup parmesan cheese
3-5 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp. dried oregano
¼ tsp. dried basil
Diced tomatoes
Sliced black olives

Preheat oven to 425 or whatever the crust recipe calls for.  Cut up chicken breast into bite size pieces.  Saute chicken in a little bit of olive oil with the minced garlic.  The amount of garlic depends on how much garlic taste you like on your pizza.  If you use regular alfredo instead of garlic alfredo, you may want more garlic.  When the chicken is cooked, add oregano and basil to chicken garlic mixture.  Set aside.

Spread alfredo sauce on pizza crust.  Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, then mozzarella or Monterey jack or a combination of both.  You may or may not use all the cheese, depending on how much you like.  Sprinkle the chicken garlic mixture on the pizza, then as many diced tomatoes and sliced black olives as you like.  Bake for about 15 minutes or as long as the crust recipe calls for.
